Metagenomics by NGS technology

In the framework of the WP1: “Capacity building in metagenomics for human microbiome analysis”. USFAX members in partnership with IHUMI members, organize the lab course “Metagenomics by NGS technology” which took place in the Center of Biotechnology of Sfax from September 27,2021 until October 4, 2021 with the participation of 23 early-stage and experimented researchers (ESR and ER) from Sfax University.
